AAU 2023/2024 semester results now available on the school's portal

This is to inform all Staff and Students that the results for all courses: both Computer Based Examinations (CBE) and Pen-and-Paper, conducted during the 2023/2024 academic session are now available on the University Portal. There are no cases of missing results for any student who duly registered and sat for their examinations, as officially affirmed through the IRMS form by the respective Departmental Boards of Studies.

Consequently, result processing for all levels (100 to Final Year) will commence on Tuesday, 17th June 2025. Departments will begin receiving provisional results for each level to enable review, input, and resolution of any issues ahead of the generation of the final version to be considered by the respective Boards of Studies. This interactive process leading to the generation of the version of results to be considered for various approvals is scheduled to conclude on or before 30th June 2025.

Kindly note that results for the 2023/2024 session will be released in a single batch per department. Departments are therefore encouraged to resolve all result related matters before the final versions are generated.

I have been directed by the Acting Vice Chancellor, Professor Sunday Olowo Samuel, to appreciate all Academic staff for their commitment and diligence in ensuring transparency and accountability in the result processing exercise for the 2023/2024 session. The Acting Vice Chancellor particularly commends the efforts of the Boards of Studies for affirming the absence of missing results in all departmental courses uploaded. This level of completeness and coordination is unprecedented and has not been recorded in the University's academic processes in recent memory. In the same vein, the ICT Directorate and CBE Committee were acknowledged for ensuring that all Computer Based Examination (CBE) results were successfully uploaded without omissions.

With the full deployment of the Integrated Result Management System (IRMS) in the 2024/2025 academic session, the University anticipates an even more seamless, transparent, and efficient result processing cycle, further minimizing errors and eliminating delays.
