Nigerian singer Timi Dakolo recently shared a touching and candid note he received from his daughter, Halle Dakolo, in which she expressed feeling unfairly treated by her mother, Busola Dakolo.

In the handwritten letter, Halle recounted an incident involving a misunderstanding with her brother, Alex. She admitted to her part in the conflict but voiced concern about how her mother responded to the situation.

“What I did was wrong,” Halle acknowledged, “but one thing that doesn’t sit right with me is my mother’s unfair behavior towards me.”

She went on to claim that Busola often shows favoritism toward her only brother, giving him allowances she doesn’t receive. Halle concluded by asking her father to fairly judge the situation and even encouraged him to show the note to her mother as proof of her sincerity.
