Fully Funded University of Oxford Global Rhodes Scholarship, UK - 2025
The University of Oxford Rhodes Scholarship 2025 is now accepting applications from qualified applicants who wish to attend Oxford University in the United Kingdom. The fully-funded Rhodes Trust Scholarship provides successful applicants with a living stipend of £19,800 annually throughout their time studying in the UK, in addition to a full tuition waiver.
Eligibility:
Applicants not eligible for existing Rhodes constituencies
Aged 18–24 years as of 1 October 2025 (extended age limits for certain degrees)
Hold a First Class Honours or equivalent undergraduate degree
Demonstrated leadership, commitment to service, and academic excellence
High level of English proficiency (to meet Oxford’s admission requirements)
Must secure nomination from their university/institution via the application portal
Must receive eligibility approval from the Rhodes House team.

Settling-in allowance upon arrival
Fees for visa and health insurance (IHS)
Two economy-class flights: to and from Oxford
Support for second-course visa renewal (if applicable.
