“Highly !llegal!” – Uriel Oputa Drags Property Agents Over Exploitative Fees

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Uriel Oputa, has voiced her frustration over the conduct of property agents, calling on authorities to regulate their activities.

Taking to social media, the reality star shared a recent experience where an agent demanded $20 from her just to view a property she was interested in. In another instance, she was asked to pay ₦25,000 before being allowed to inspect a potential home.

“Some of these agents are out here playing God,” she wrote, clearly exasperated.

Uriel went on to describe the practice of charging for property viewings as “highly illegal,” adding that it’s time for the government or appropriate bodies to step in and enforce proper standards.
