Netflix has shared the official Squid Game Season 3 poster for the upcoming long-awaited return of the hit global survival thriller series. The final installment will be available for streaming on June 27, 2025.

“Picking up where the second season left off, Season 3 explores the choices Gi-hun will make amidst overwhelming despair. As the Front Man plots his next move, the surviving players find their decisions leading to increasingly dire consequences with each round of the deadly games,” reads the official synopsis. “This season promises to push the limits of suspense and drama, keeping viewers glued to the action.”

Who is on the Squid Game Season 3 poster?

The poster features the remaining main players, who are left to fend for themselves as the deadly games continue despite Gi-hun’s attempts to stop it. Joining lead star Lee Jung-jae, the poster also shows Kang Ha-neul, Park Sung-hoon, Jo Yu-ri, Yim Si-wan, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, and Chae Kook-hee. It also seemingly hints at the setting of the next game.

The award-winning series hails from writer-director Hwang Dong-Hyuk, who is best known for his work on South Korean films such as The Fortress, Miss Granny, and Silenced. Season 3 also stars Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-joon, Park Gyu-young, and Lee Jin-uk. It centers around a group of 456 cash-strapped players who accepted a strange invitation to compete in children’s games on a remote island in hopes of winning 456 billion won. However, they find out that the prize comes with deadly high stakes. The show is executive-produced by Hwang and Kim Ji-yeon. It is a production of Firstman Studio.
