This is to inform the general public especially prospective students of the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare that the school management has released the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Admission form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess five (5) Credits in not more than two (2) sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology from NECO & WAEC, while NABTEB is only one (1) sitting.

Application forms are to be purchased at Admission Office of the School @ Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare.

Prize of Admission form; Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N7,500.00)

Closing Date: Thursday, 31st July, 2025

Entrance Examination Date: Saturday, 9th August, 2025.

Applicants who chose Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, FUHSTH Azare as their first choice institution in the just concluded JAMB examination are invited to purchase their college's admission form before the closing date.
