UMYU announces Matriculation ceremony, 2024/2025 session

This is to inform the University community that Matriculation ceremony for the newly admitted students of the 2024/2025 academic session has been scheduled to hold as follows:

• Date: Monday 19th May, 2025

• Venue: University Auditorium

The Matriculating students are therefore requested to obtain academic gowns from their respective Faculty Officers upon payment of the sum of five hundred naira (N500) only. The gowns are available for collection from now to Friday 16th May, 2025.

The matriculating students are also to obtain the Matriculation Oath form, complete it and take it along with them to the matriculation venue. The signing of the form should be done at the venue.

This also serves as an invitation to all.
