Suarez names two Barcelona players who impressed him this season

Former Barcelona striker, Luis Suarez has singled out two current Blaugrana’s players who has impressed him the most this season.

Suarez spoke following Barcelona’s El Clasico 4-3 win against Real Madrid at the weekend.

The Inter Miami star singled Pedri and Lamine Yamal for special praise, insisting that they make the difference for Barcelona.

Speaking with Pasion Blaugrana, the Uruguay said the duo surprises him.

The former Liverpool ace slsaid (via Forbes): “I love Barcelona today, It has impressive dynamics, football and efficiency, has a very high level and there are two players who are above average and make the difference, which are Lamine Yamal and Pedri.”

He added, “They have other players, like Raphinha, who score at essential moments.

“But Pedri… I am seeing a level of play that surprises me at the high level he is achieving; and Yamal is surprising me because of how old he is.”

Pedri and Yamal have been impressive for Hansi Flick’s side so far this season.
