Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Scholarships, Thailand - 2025

The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand is offering applicants to its Master’s and Doctoral degree programs an opportunity to qualify for generous academic scholarships. As Asia’s leading international higher learning institute, the AIT Scholarships are intended to increase the number of skilled international scientists, engineers, and managers required to meet the future challenges of the emerging Asian Economic Community region and beyond.

Scholarship Criteria: 

  • Open to applicants of all nationalities

  • Must meet AIT’s English proficiency requirement:

    • Master’s: IELTS-Academic or AIT-EET score of 5.0+

    • Doctoral: IELTS-Academic or AIT-EET score of 5.5+

  • Master’s applicants: Must hold a 4-year Bachelor’s degree

  • Doctoral applicants: Must have a Master’s degree with a GPA ≥ 3.5, and a Bachelor’s GPA ≥ 2.75 from a recognized university
     

  • Scholarship Benefits: 

  • Full or partial tuition fee waiver

  • No service or bond obligation

  • Students pay:

    • Registration fee: 20,000 Baht per semester

    • Living expenses: approx. 11,500–15,000 Baht/month

    • School of Engineering and Technology (SET)

    • School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD)

    • School of Management (SOM)
      Eligible Countries: All Countries

    • August 2025 Intake: 20 July 2025

    • January 2026 Intake: 20 December 2025
