In the 21-second clip, fans get a glimpse at NCIS Special Agent McGee after the incidents of Episode 19, “Irreconcilable Differences.” This led many to wonder whether the character was dead.
As covered by ComingSoon before, in Episode 19 of NCIS Season 22, McGee gets filled with the desire to prove his suspicions about Deputy Director Gabriel Laroche. Although he witnesses Laroche killing a man at point-blank range, he doesn’t have any evidence. Due to this, he is accused of trying to bring down his superior to take his job.
However, later in the episode, Laroche does get arrested. On the other hand, McGee gets shot in the shoulder. This leads many to think that it might be the last time they see Murray in the role. But luckily, McGee has survived the incident and will be back again. After Laroche tries to assert that a conspiracy is brewing against him, McGee might play a really big part in the coming seasons.
Apart from Sean Murray, the show features Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen, Katrina Law, Gary Cole, Seamus Dever, and many more.
