Annie Macaulay, popularly known as Annie Idibia, has revealed that her daughters have become her strongest support system following her separation from Nigerian music legend, 2Baba.
The actress and reality TV star, who graced the red carpet at the recently concluded Headies Awards looking radiant, opened up about her current family dynamics during an interview.
When asked about her family, Annie spoke affectionately about her daughters, Isabella and Olivia, describing them as her “backbone.” Speaking in Pidgin English, she said, “You mean my children? My children dey Kampe. The first one dey Yankee, she dey go school. No play with that girl o. I don’t play with my kids. Na them be my backbone.”
Her remarks come shortly after reports surfaced online suggesting that Annie and 2Baba have finalized their divorce, officially ending their years-long relationship.
Despite the challenges, Annie’s focus remains firmly on her daughters, whom she described as her source of strength and motivation as she navigates this new phase of her life.
