Netflix has just unveiled the first poster for Wednesday Season 2, showing Jenna Ortega’s return as Wednesday Addams as well as her severed hand companion, Thing. Along with the poster drop, the streamer also announced the release date for the long-awaited teaser trailer.
Wednesday immediately became one of Netflix’s most-watched series in 2022 and has enjoyed top placements on the streamer’s Global Top 10 charts for several weeks. Though no exact release date has been set yet for Wednesday Season 2, Ortega has been teasing what fans can expect from the upcoming season, calling it an “action-packed” one. Thing, on the other hand, previously took center stage on his fun “Get Ready With Me” video uploaded via TikTok.
When is the teaser trailer for Wednesday Season 2 coming out?
The torturous wait for the highly anticipated second season of Wednesday will soon come to an end, but the chaos has just begun — or so the newly released poster suggests. Netflix has also announced that the teaser trailer is set to arrive tomorrow, April 23.

Other returning cast members include Emma Myers as Wednesday’s roommate Enid Sinclair, Joy Sunday as Bianca Barclay, Moosa Mostafa as Eugene Ottinger, Georgie Farmer as Ajax, and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo as Ritchie, with Jamie McShane (Sheriff Donovan Galpin) and Fred Armisen (Uncle Fester) also returning in guest-starring roles.
The second season will also welcome new faces, including Lady Gaga, Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, and Noah Taylor.
All eight episodes of Season 1 are available to stream on Netflix.
