One Battle After Another Posters Highlight Leonardo DiCaprio & Teyana Taylor in PTA Movie
Warner Bros. Discovery has released a new pair of One Battle After Another posters, showing off more of Leonardo DiCaprio and Teyana Taylor’s characters in Paul Thomas Anderson’s new movie.
The new posters don’t show off too much, but do highlight DiCaprio’s Bob Ferguson and Taylor’s unknown character in action. Taylor’s poster — which sees her fully pregnant — comes from the trailer for the movie, while DiCaprio’s seems to be another promotional image used prior.
One Battle After Another will be released in United States theaters and IMAX on September 26, 2025, from Warner Bros. Pictures.

What do we know about One Battle After Another?
While exact plot details for One Battle After Another remain under wraps, the first trailer for the movie highlights a group of ex-revolutionaries seemingly coming together to help DiCaprio’s character try and find his daughter.
Alongside DiCaprio, the movie also stars Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor, Chase Infiniti, Wood Harris, and Alana Haim. It is written and directed by Anderson, who also serves as a producer alongside Adam Somner and Sara Murphy. Will Weiske serves as an executive producer.
The movie is reported to be “somewhat inspired” by a 1990 novel called Vineland by Thomas Pynchon.
“Here, in an Orwellian 1984, Zoyd Wheeler and his daughter Prairie search for Prairie’s long-lost mother, a Sixties radical who ran off with a narc,” a description of the book reads. “Vineland is vintage Pynchon, full of quasi-allegorical characters, elaborate unresolved subplots, corny songs (‘Floozy with an Uzi’), movie spoofs (Pee-wee Herman in The Robert Musil Story), and illicit sex (including a macho variation on the infamous sportscar scene in V.).”
Prior to One Battle After Another, Anderson’s most recent film was 2021’s Licorice Pizza. His filmography further includes 1996’s Hard Eight, 1997’s Boogie Nights, 1999’s Magnolia, 2002’s Punch-Drunk Love, 2007’s There Will Be Blood, 2012’s The Master, 2014’s Inherent Vice, and 2017’s Phantom Thread.
