Vertical has announced the In the Lost Lands digital release date for its latest action dark fantasy, based on George R.R. Martin’s short story of the same name. The movie is led by Guardians of the Galaxy vet Dave Bautista as Boyce and Resident Evil star Milla Jovovich as Gray Alys.

“The story centers on a queen who, desperate to fulfill her love, makes a daring play: she sends the powerful and feared sorceress Gray Alys to the ghostly wilderness of the Lost Lands in search of a magical power, where the sorceress and her guide, the drifter Boyce, must outwit and outfight man and demon,” reads the synopsis.

The R-rated adaptation was directed by Paul W.S. Anderson from a screenplay he co-wrote with Constantin Werner.
