Invincible Season 3 Clip Shows Conquest’s Brutal Fight With Mark Grayson

With Invincible Season 3 fast approaching its finale, a recently released clip for Episode 8 has given fans a preview of the highly-anticipated Invincible vs Conquest battle. The third season in the Prime Video series has already explored several high-stakes arcs, including the Invincible War, and Mark’s upcoming fight with Conquest looks to be a fitting climax for the season.

Mark Grayson fights back against Conquest in Invincible Season 3 finale clip

The newly released Invincible Season 3 Episode 8 clip not only teases the Mark vs Conquest battle in the finale but also sheds light on Conquest’s overall mindset going into his fight with Mark. In the brief snippet, Conquest, voiced by The Walking Dead alum Jeffrey Dean Morgan, delivers a chilling monologue in which he explains the difference between him and other Viltrumites.

The clip opens with Conquest standing above a seemingly defeated Mark at the center of a massive crater. Conquest then refers to Invincible’s Season 2 clash with Anissa and how she would be convincing Mark to join the Viltrumite cause if she were in his place. However, Conquest says that he has no interest in doing that. He further clarifies that he has no interest in saving Mark or “spreading the greatness of the Viltrum empire.”

Instead, the scarred war veteran states, “I’m here because I enjoy this. See, to me, there is no greater pleasure than feeling the warmth of my fists drenched in blood.” Enraged at his rival’s comments, Mark swiftly turns around and delivers a powerful punch that sends Conquest flying. This seems to amuse and somewhat impress Conquest, setting up what will no doubt be an epic battle to end another action-packed season.

The final episode of Invincible Season 3 comes out on Prime Video on March 13 at 12 AM PT or 3 AM ET.
