Portable Condemns Baba Tee Over Affair With Ijoba Lande’s Wife

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has reacted to the recent controversy involving actor Babatunde Bernard Tayo, also known as Baba Tee, who admitted to having an affair with skit maker Ijoba Lande’s wife, Dara.

The revelation caused a stir on social media, as Baba Tee had initially denied the accusations before eventually confessing. Many Nigerians expressed their outrage, while others shared differing opinions on the matter. Portable, known for his outspoken nature and tendency to comment on trending topics, also weighed in.

The Zazu Zeh crooner sent a series of voice messages to Baba Tee, where he outrightly condemned him for being involved with another man’s wife. Expressing disappointment, Portable stated that he had always respected Baba Tee and never expected such behavior from him. He further emphasized the belief that men who engage in extramarital affairs with married women often experience setbacks in life.

Using the situation as a warning, Portable sternly cautioned men to stay away from his women, particularly his fourth baby mama, actress Ashabi Simple. He made it clear that he would not tolerate any form of infidelity involving his partners.

Despite his criticism of Baba Tee, Portable also pointed out that Ijoba Lande should take responsibility for his marital issues. According to him, a man must maintain control over his household to prevent such situations from occurring.

The controversial singer, who is currently facing legal battles with the Ogun State government, concluded his remarks by reiterating the need for men to respect marriage and avoid relationships that could lead to complications or disgrace. He said:

“Baba Tee, with the way I like you so much, you shouldn’t be sleeping with other people’s wives. You gave Lande’s wife doggy, is that how you people behave in the movie industry? I swear to God, if anybody moves close to my own wife, the person would die o, my wife that is an actress, if I see anybody doing rubbish with her, the person will die.

I’m telling you [Baba Tee] because it should not be like that. Why would you sleep with that guy’s [Lande] wife? And I like and respect you o.

Normally, anyone who sleeps with another man’s wife is not at fault but would you do it? Sleeping with another man’s wife brings setback into one’s life. Don’t let that repeat itself. You’re a blessed person. A man who sleeps with another man’s wife despite knowing her husband, causes setback for himself. God won’t let you see set back bro.

With uncountable women in this world, you let that man molest you, even though it’s his wife that’s a dog. Please o I’m begging you in God’s name, you know you come to visit me a lot and we both visit each other, it won’t be good if we become enemies.
