Luxury detective page accuses AY Makun of flaunting a fake Hermès bag

A luxury detective account on Instagram has criticized comedian AY Makun for showcasing a counterfeit Hermes bag on his profile.

AY Makun recently posted a picture of himself with a Hermes designer bag.

However, the Instagram account T20Luxury, which specializes in highlighting designer products and their prices, publicly called out the comedian for displaying a fake Hermes bag.

The luxury account urged AY Makun to avoid endorsing counterfeit goods by supporting those who produce them.

In their post, they shared AY Makun’s image alongside a photo of the authentic Hermes bag, stating:

“As a key stakeholder in the entertainment industry and a beneficiary of genuine creativity, it is more honorary to refrain from supporting the counterfeit fashion industry. Upholding authenticity is important to preserving our reputation as leaders within the Black community.”
