Audrey’s Children Trailer: Game of Thrones’ Natalie Dormer Leads True Story

Falco Ink has released the first trailer for the upcoming biopic Audrey’s Children, starring Natalie Dormer as Dr. Audrey Evans, who was known as the “Mother of Neuroblastoma” and one of the original founders of the Ronald McDonald House. The film is set to release nationwide in theaters beginning on March 28, 2025, from Blue Harbor Entertainment.

What happens in the Audrey’s Children trailer?

The trailer details the life and story of Evans, a renowned doctor who became the first female Chief of Oncology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Evans spent most of her career working there, and is most famous for developing the Neuroblastoma Staging System, which helped revolutionize cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Audrey’s Children is directed by Ami Canaan Mann (Jackie & Ryan), from a script written by Julia Fisher Farbman, a family friend of Dr. Evans. Alongside Dormer, the film also stars Clancy Brown, Jimmi Simpson, Evelyn Giovine, and Brandon Michael Hall.

“Audrey’s Children tells the untold true story of visionary British physician Dr. Audrey Evans, who burst onto the scene in 1969 as the first female Chief of Oncology at the world-renowned Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia,” reads the film’s official synopsis. “Battling sexism, medical conventions, and the subterfuge of her peers, Evans developed the first Neuroblastoma Staging System, co-founded the first Ronald McDonald House for families of patients, and, ultimately, impacted the lives of millions of children and families around the world.”
