Sean Diddy’s Main Lawyer Steps Down From Case Ahead Of Trial
American singer Sean Diddy is facing challenges as he loses his main lawyer before his sex trafficking trial.
Anthony Ricco has decided to withdraw from the case.
Recall that Diddy is currently dealing with more than 30 civil lawsuits and is waiting for a federal criminal trial on sex trafficking and racketeering set for May 5, 2025.
Anthony, who filed a motion in the New York Federal Court on Thursday, announced he is stepping down from Diddy’s legal team but did not explain why.
The legal document shows that he informed the judge about his choice to leave Daddy’s legal team, mentioning that “there are enough reasons covered by lawyer/client privilege.”
In the relief motion that needs the judge’s approval, Ricco stated, “I cannot effectively act as counsel for Sean Combs in any situation.”
Anthony Ricco is known for his role in the bin Laden case.
