Kanayo O Kanayo Speaks To Mark Zuckerberg On How He Reportedly Treats African Creators On Instagram

Nigerian actor Kanayo O. Kanayo has reached out to Mark Zuckerberg regarding his Instagram account. He is worried about losing many followers.

The experienced actor shared that his Instagram followers have decreased from 2.3 million to 1.9 million in the last 7 to 8 months.

He wondered why his follower count went down instead of up, noting that this problem is impacting many other creators too.

Kanayo O Kanayo called on Zuckerberg and his team to fix the issue, stressing that Nigerian creators deserve fair treatment since their success helps the platform as well.

The industry leader pointed out that this trend mainly happens in Africa and urged the Meta team to investigate it.
