Nigerian social media figure, Ojesanmi Afeez, widely recognized as Oloba Salo, has disclosed that he is permanently paralyzed as a result of a gunshot wound to his leg.

It is important to mention that Oloba Salo was shot by unidentified assailants in Lekki, Lagos, on October 10, 2024.

Following the incident, he received treatment at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and was later discharged.

Moreover, Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has highlighted the significant contributions made by various prominent figure, including Zlatan, towards Oloba Salo’s medical expenses.

In a recent update shared during a TikTok live session, Oloba Salo addressed his current health status after being targeted by a troll, which deeply affected him.

During this session, he confirmed that he is permanently paralyzed due to the shooting incident.

In response to the trolls, he emphasized that while he may be paralyzed, he is not destitute, referencing the well-known Gospel artist Yinka Ayefele.

Nevertheless, the interviewer expressed confidence that Oloba Salo would eventually regain the ability to walk.
