“It’s not wrong to love a man genuinely” – Actress Sarah Martins writes to Annie Idibia
Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has conveyed a message of support to her esteemed colleague, Annie Idibia, in light of her recent marital difficulties with her husband, the musician 2baba.
In a post on her Instagram account, Sarah encouraged Annie to rise and regain her composure. She noted that while watching Annie on the show Young, Famous and African, it was evident how deeply she revered 2face, often mentioning his name, which highlighted the depth of her affection for him.
Sarah emphasized that it is not inappropriate for Annie to genuinely love a man, as she is neither the first nor the last to do so. Nevertheless, she urged Annie to redirect that love towards herself and to embrace it without hesitation.
Martins reminded Annie of her royal status, asserting that Queens are not defined by weakness but are recognized for their strength.
“Dearest @annieidibia1
You have to get up and put yourself together.
Watching you on an African, young, and famous show, we all saw how you literally worship this man. You couldn’t even make a straight statement without mentioning his name twice, and that shows how much you love and adore him.
It is not wrong to love a man genuinely, you’re not the first and won’t be the last.
Now it’s the time to channel all that love on yourself and be unapologetic about it!
Don’t forget who you are!
A QUEEN!
Queens are not weak, Queens are known to be strong.
We need you!
