The Righteous Gemstones Season 4 Trailer Announces Release Date for Series’ Final Chapter

A trailer for The Righteous Gemstones Season 4, which will be the final chapter of the HBO series, has been released.

All good things must come to an end as just last week it was announced that the fourth season of The Righteous Gemstones will be the show’s final season. Created by Danny McBride, The Righteous Gemstones premiered in August 2019. The show stars McBride as Jesse Gemstone, Adam DeVine as Kelvin Gemstone, and Edi Patterson as Judy Gemstone.

When is the release date for The Righteous Gemstones Season 4?

The Righteous Gemstones Season 4 debuts on HBO and Max on Sunday, March 9, 2025. The season will have nine episodes in total.

“The Righteous Gemstones tells the story of a world-famous televangelist family with a long tradition of deviance, greed, and charitable work,” the official logline reads. “Despite constant bickering, Gemstone family ties run deep, and this season, the family’s codependence is tested as they attempt to move forward without letting go of their storied past.”

Along with McBride, Devine, and Patterson, The Righteous Gemstones Season 4 stars John Goodman as Eli Gemstone, Cassidy Freeman as Amber Gemstone, Tim Baltz as BJ, Tony Cavalero as Keefe Chambers, Greg Alan Williams as Martin Imari, Skyler Gisondo as Gideon Gemstone, Walton Goggins as Baby Billy Freeman, Jennifer Nettles as Aimee-Leigh Gemstone, James DuMont as Chad, Jody Hill as Levi, Troy Hogan as Matthew, Valyn Hall as Tiffany Freeman, Kelton DuMont as Pontius Gemstone, Gavin Munn as Abraham Gemstone, Megan Mullally as Lori Milsap, Arden Myrin as Jana Milsap, and Seann William Scott as Corey Milsap.

Along with creating and starring in the show, McBride also serves as a writer, director, and executive producer on The Righteous Gemstones.
