Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, notice on hostel application

This is to inform all 100l students and all Final year Students that sale of hostel forms has commenced. Those who wish to stay in the hostel should kindly proceed to the Dean students' Affairs with an application letter indicating interest to leave in the hostel. Thereafter proceed to the hostel to:

1. Collect hostel form from the hostel supervisor and fill it.

2. Submit the completed form and proceed to the ICT to generate Remita for your payments.

3. Pay your hostel fees either online or at the bank.

4. Change the bank teller/ print outs to receipt at the Bursary Department and Photocopy the receipt.

5. Submit your payment receipts with a photocopy of Jamb Provisional Admission notification slip (for year one) students or admission letter.

6. A photocopy of acceptance fee receipt (for 100 level students).

7. Attach 5 copies of your recent passport and arrange all in an office file then submit.

Note

i. Allocation shall be based on first come first serve as long as you have paid your school fees and hostel.

ii. Deadline to indicate interest on this is 21" January, 2025 Kindly bring the contents of this memo to all concerned.
