The University of Abuja Centre for Petroleum and Energy Resource Economics is pleased to invite applications from qualified candidates for admission to its Postgraduate program for the 2024/2025 academic session. The PG program accepts Management Sciences, Finance, Law, Education, Military, and Agriculture.

General Admission Requirements
Applicants seeking admission to the programme must fulfill the following:
1. Five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at OLevel at not more than two sittings.
2. Doctorate candidates must hold a Master's degree in Petroleum and Energy Economics or equivalent. For Masters degree, applicants
should possess Bachelor's degree from recognised institutions'with at leasta Second Class Lower Division or equivalent. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) degree in Petroleum and Energy Economics orequivalent is admissible. Applicants for Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes would require a minimum of Third Class Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (Lower Credit) or its equivalent from a recognised institution.
3. NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
Course Duration
A. Professional Doctorate Degree
Full-time: A minimum of thirty-six (36) Months
Part-time: A minimum of forty-two (42) months
B. MSc and Professional Master Degrees
Full-time: A minimum of three semesters and maximum of six semesters
Part-time: A minimum of six semesters and maximum if eight semesters
C. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
Full-time: A minimum of two semesters and maximum of four semesters
