COOU announces resumption of academic activities for the 2024/2025 session
According to the approved Academic Calendar for the 2024/2025 session of the University the following academic activities will sequentially take place within the first two months of resumption of the University after the Christmas/New Year break:
Thursday, 2nd January, 2025: Christmas/New year break ends.
Saturday, 4th January, 2025. All students return to Campus.
Tuesday, 7th January, 2025: Lectures commence for old/new students.
Friday, 31 January, 2025: Registration ends for Fresh students.
Tuesday, 4th February, 2025: Late Registration by Fresh students.
Wednesday, 5th February, 2025: 132nd Senate Meeting.
Friday, 7th February, 2025: Revision for old students.
Friday, 14th February, 2025; Matriculation Ceremony for Fresh students.
Tuesday, 18th February, 2025; Orientation for Fresh students.
Thursday, 20th February, 2025: University wide quiz for Fresh students.
Tuesday, 25th February, 2025: First Semester Examination starts for old students.
Staff, Students of the University and the General Public are advised to note this information for appropriate actions.
