CHAN 2024: Ayanrinde happy with Home Eagles qualification feat

Shooting Stars forward, Samuel Ayanrinde, is excited to be part of home-based Super Eagles squad that secure qualification to the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).

The Eagles qualified for CHAN 2024 after beating Black Galaxies of Ghana 3-1 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Saturday.

Ayanrinde replaced Isaac Saviour in the second half.

“I’m so glad to be part of this team, not only that, that the team was able to pick the ticket to CHAN after previous fruitless efforts, is a feat that I cherish a lot,” the striker told Shooting Stars media.

“It is a great privilege to don the national team colour, and I owe it to my team 3SC, our coaches in the national team as well as my fans all over.”
