Ligue 1: Nantes boss, Kamboure confirms Simon will undergo surgery
Moses Simon will undergo surgery in the next few days, according to Nantes manager, Antoine Kamboure.
The 29-year-old copped the injury in Nantes’ 4-1 defeat to Brest last weekend.
Simon featured for the entire duration of the game and provided the assist for the Canaries’ only goal of the encounter.
Kamboure revealed that the winger will be sidelined for up to two weeks.
“We are taking advantage of this period, with the short break coming up, for him to have this operation,” Kamboure said ahead of his side’s Coupe de France clash with JA Drancy.
” It will give him a period of two weeks before he can calmly resume with the group.”
Simon has racked up four goals and five assists in 14 appearances for Nantes this season.
