Content creator and skit maker, Bae U Barbie, has directed criticism towards comedian and actor Ayo Makun, widely recognized as AY.

During the recent episode of his show, ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask,’ Bae U suggested that AY lacks humor, emphasizing that his career illustrates that success in comedy does not necessarily require being funny.

“Our guest today is a reminder that you don’t have to be funny to be a successful comedian in Nigeria,” Bae U remarked while introducing AY in a preview of the forthcoming episode.

This preview has sparked a variety of reactions since it went viral.
