The Super Eagles will fly out of Abidjan on Friday morning (today) on a chartered flight to Uyo, following Thursday night’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying tie against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic.

Augustine Eguavoen’s side held the Cheetahs to a 1-1 draw at the Felix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium.

The three-time African champions will host the Amavubi of Rwanda at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, next Monday.

The Super Eagles have already booked their ticket to the AFCON 2025 finals.

The West Africans won Group D with an unassailable 11 points from five matches.

Benin remains second on seven points, Rwanda third with five points, while Libya are bottom of the standings, having now recorded four points.
