Mixed Reactions As Iyabo Ojo Congratulates MC Oluomo On NURTW Presidency

Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo has made headlines with her congratulatory message to Musiliu Akinsanya, known as MC Oluomo.

Recently, MC Oluomo was named President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) and started his role in Abuja.

Following the announcement, Iyabo Ojo shared a post on her Instagram to honor her friend’s achievement.

She included a picture of MC Oluomo in his office in Abuja, along with a heartfelt message wishing him success.

Iyabo Ojo expresses her hope for MC Oluomo to have a long and successful time in his position. She wrote:

“Congratulations on your newly elected appointment as the president of Nurtw… I wish you a long and prosperous tenure filled with good health, happiness, and continued success. May you excel in all your endeavours and achieve great heights. Once again, congratulations! @kingmcoluomo.”

After Iyabo Ojo shared her happiness about MC Oluomo’s appointment, he was seen replying to her comment.

MC Oluomo expressed his gratitude for the kind words. He wrote

Remember that in the 2023 presidential election, Iyabo Ojo and MC Oluomo disagreed over who the best candidate was. Iyabo backed Peter Obi from the Labour Party, while MC Oluomo supported Bola Ahmed Tinubu from the APC.

Despite their conflict, Iyabo Ojo acknowledged that MC Oluomo was still her good friend.
