SSU announces registration exercise for newly admitted students, 2024/2025

This is to inform all students admitted by Sokoto State University, Sokoto that registration for the 2024/2025 academic session commences between Monday, 4th November and Friday, 22nd December, 2024, at the twin lecture theatre (red carpet), university campus, Birnin Kebbi road, Sokoto.


Admitted students are, therefore, required to present themselves at the venue and come along with both originals and photocopies of the following documents:


original jamb admission letter (for institution copy)

  • original utme result slip

  • online screening acknowledgement slip

  • SSCE certificate (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBA is, etc)

  • A'level result (diploma/nce, etc) for direct entry students only - 2 copies

  • local government letter of indigene

  • birth certificate/declaration of age

  • primary school leaving certificate

  • passport size photo - 6 copies

NB: students whose SSCE certificates (WAEC, NECO ,NABTEB, NBAIS, etc) are not yet released by the examination body, can present statement of result from the school attended. while online/browsed copy should be accompanied with result verification scratch card for verification at the registration point.
