Rap Mogul, Diddy Accused of Drugg!ng and Rap!ng 10-Year-Old Aspiring Rapper
Hip-hop mogul and rapper Diddy, currently incarcerated in a federal facility in Brooklyn while awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, has been hit with yet another lawsuit.
The latest plaintiff, who claims to have been a 10-year-old aspiring rapper, alleges that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted him in a New York City hotel in 2005 during what was purported to be an audition.
This new complaint has been filed by notable Houston attorney Tony Buzbee and his California colleague Andrew Van Arsdale, adding to a series of lawsuits from anonymous individuals who assert they were sexually assaulted by Combs. Numerous plaintiffs have reported being drugged, coerced into sexual acts without consent, and threatened to remain silent.
In the lawsuit submitted to a New York state court in Manhattan, the John Doe states that his parents took him to Manhattan to meet with music industry figures, including Combs, to further his career. He claims that a consultant hired by his parents brought him to a hotel room and left him alone with Combs. The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff was given a soda that he suspects was drugged.
“After the plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,’” the lawsuit reads.
“Once plaintiff had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his p3nis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it.’ When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his p3nis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.”
The plaintiff claims he “froze in terror,” lost consciousness, and later regained awareness with his pants unfastened and experiencing pain in his anus and buttocks.
The new plaintiff asserts that his parents eventually recognized something was amiss. He recounts informing them of the alleged incident, and they expressed fear regarding the potential repercussions of reporting the abuse.
He claimed to experience severe depression and anxiety, necessitating his transition to homeschooling following the purported incident.
“The attorney representing this lawsuit appears more focused on garnering media attention than on uncovering the truth, as evidenced by his frequent press engagements and promotional hotline,” Combs’ media team stated in an email to Rolling Stone on Monday.
“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never s3xually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
Buzbee had previously initiated 13 lawsuits against Combs in two separate waves on October 14 and October 20; however, Combs’ current legal challenges trace back to last November, when his former girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed a sensational lawsuit alleging rape and sex trafficking against him. Combs reached a settlement with Ventura within 24 hours.
In her troubling allegations, Ventura accused Combs of ongoing physical abuse and compelling her to engage in meticulously orchestrated, drug-influenced sexual activities referred to as “freak offs.”
