“Skitmaking Has Become A Major Industry Today”- Crazeclown Asserts
Popular Nigerian skit artist, Crazeclown, has shown his excitement for the growth in the skit-making industry.
In a recent interview with Hip TV, Emmanuel Ogonna Iwueke, also known as Crazeclown, talked about how skit-making has progressed over the years, highlighting that in the past, many people were not fans of the industry or content creation.
“I just love the fact that Skit-making is becoming a big industry now. People used to look down on the content industry because they just feel like this is just people having fun online but this is me saying, that it takes a lot of work, creativity, a lot of time, and a lot of intellectual capacity for you to keep creating, being consistent, evolving. I’m seeing people from skit-making doing music, movies, and doing shows,” he said.
Crazeclown shot to fame in 2014 through short skits on Instagram and YouTube with OG Tega. The two portrayed a father and son, exaggerating the typical Nigerian parent-son relationship with over-the-top slaps for the smallest reasons.
