ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive White With Fear trailer. It previews the upcoming political documentary focused on the exploitation of America’s racial fault lines.

What happens in the White With Fear trailer?

The trailer dives into the premise of the documentary, which details ” the cynical, decades-long strategy employed by Republican politicians and conservative media to exploit America’s racial fault lines, perpetuating narratives of white victimization to amass power and influence.”

The film offers up a first-hand look at “never-before-heard” inside stories and strategies from Republicans, which reveal some of the tactics used that help shaped their political plans for decades.

White With Fear is directed by award-winning director Andrew Goldberg. The documentary features a litany of political figures, scholars, journalists, and more. Some of the featured subjects in White With Fear include Hillary Clinton, Steve Bannon, Rep. Jamie Raskin, Eddie Glaude, Ian Haney López, and Leah Wright Rigueur, among others.

The film is set to have its world premiere at the upcoming Chelsea Film Festival on Sunday, October 19, 2024. Following its premiere, White With Fear will have a theatrical run at the Cinema Village in New York City beginning on October 25, as well as a screening at the St. Louis International Film Festival in November. Future theatrical screenings and festival dates are still to come.
