LaLiga: No excuses – Flick reacts as Osasuna ends Barcelona’s unbeaten start

Barcelona manager, Hansi Flick, has said he cannot used injured players as an excuses, following their 4-2 defeat to Osasuna on Saturday.

The loss brings an end to the Catalans’ perfect start to the LaLiga season.

“We have many injured players, but no excuses,” Flick said.

“If you look at our squad at the moment, we only have three midfielders, and one defender playing as a midfielder.

“It’s not easy, but we accept it.”

Barca, however, remains top of the table with 21 points, four more than Real Madrid who take on third-placed Atletico Madrid on Sunday.
