UEFA Conference League: Four Chelsea players to miss second leg against Servette
Chelsea manager, Enzo Maresca, has given injury updates ahead of Thursday’s UEFA Conference League play-off second leg against Servette.
At least four senior players are expected to miss the game in Switzerland.
The Blues hold a 2-0 advantage from the first leg, thanks to goals from Christopher Nkunku and Noni Madueke.
As Chelsea prepare for the fourth game within a hectic two-week period, Maresca has decided to “protect” some of his players.
Romeo Lavia is carrying a minor hamstring issue, while Reece James also remains unavailable for the same reason.
Malo Gusto and Pedro Neto did not travel with the rest of the squad “just for protection”.
