The Possession at Gladstone Manor Sets Cast Starring Caylee Cowan & Charlotte Kirk

The official cast for Umbrelic Entertainment’s upcoming horror movie, The Possession at Gladstone Manor, has been announced, featuring leading stars Caylee Cowan (Hypnotic) and Charlotte Kirk (The Reckoning).

Insidious franchise vet Lin Shaye, Jesse Metcalf (John Tucker Must Die), Darren Weiss (Inside Man), Barbara Crampton (You’re Next), and William Mapother (Blackhat) have also been tapped for the project, which has already started its production in Kansas City. In addition to starring, Cowan and Crampton are also serving as executive producers.

What to expect from The Possession at Gladstone Manor?

The Possession at Gladstone Manor is being directed by K. Asher Levin, who co-wrote the script with Danny Matier, based on a story by Addam Bramich. It is executive produced by Theresa Wayman, Anish Gupta, Sean Krajewski, Ronnie Exley, and Jeremy Ross, while Brian Katz, Thomas Zambeck, Jordon Rioux and Chris Knitter are producing.

“When Jamie Black discovers her mother has gone missing in the film, she resolves to investigate by applying for the same job her mother held at Gladstone Manor,” reads the official synopsis. “Jamie soon finds evidence that her mother isn’t the only missing person, and that she may be dealing with sinister forces beyond this world. Desperate, she enlists the help of her brothers — Rupert and Chris — and Sam (Chris’ fiancée): all of whom are professional criminals and former marines. Once Jamie arrives at the house, she is immediately greeted by a mysterious and evil Nurse, and soon realizes the residents of Gladstone Manor are an enemy like no other, with a dark power she’s never faced. Trapped in the house, she must rely on her brothers and future sister-in-law to save her.”
