The Woman in the Yard Cast Grows for Mysterious Blumhouse Movie

Two new cast members have been added to the mysterious Blumhouse movie The Woman in the Yard.

Danielle Deadwyler is already set to act in the film alongside Okwui Okpokwasili and Russell Hornsby, and Peyton Jackson and Estella Kahiha have now joined them.

The Woman in the Yard Cast Additions – Who Are They?

Jackson has roles in Tyler Perry’s Nobody’s Fool, American Refugee, Respect, and the Emmy-nominated show Best Foot Forward.

Kahiha began her career in The Storied Life of AJ Fikry, and has had roles in Ava DuVernay’s Origin, Black Family Mafia, and is soon to appear in the show Will Trent.

The film will be directed by Jaume Collet-Serra. It marks a reunion after Collet-Serra and Deadwyler worked together on the recently released action thriller Carry On.

Collet-Serra is best known for the remake of House of Wax, Blake Lively’s shark movie The Shallows, and Disney adventure Jungle Cruise starring Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt.

The movie was initially set to release on January 10, 2025, but was moved away from that date back in March. According to a report from Deadline, there is no new release date in the cards for the mysterious film just yet
