HBO’s Mark Ruffalo-Led Crime Drama Adds Fabien Frankel & Alison Oliver
According to Variety, House of the Dragon star Fabien Frankel and Saltburn actress Alison Oliver have been tapped to join Mark Ruffalo in HBO’s untitled crime drama, which hails from Mare of Easttown creator Brad Ingelsby.
Frankel and Oliver are set to portray the respective roles of Anthony and Lizzie, who are described as police officers task to join Ruffalo’s task force. The series will also star Tom Pelphrey, Emilia Jones, Thuso Mbedu, Raúl Castillo, Jamie McShane and Sam Keeley.
What to Expect in the Brad Ingelsby Project?
Based on an original idea, the story takes place in the working class suburbs outside of Philadelphia. It follows Ruffalo’s FBI agent Tom as he leads a task force, which aims to put an end to a string of drug-house robberies led by an unsuspecting family man.
The miniseries will be written and executive produced by Ingelsby, who earned an Emmy nomination for his work on Mare of Easttown for Outstanding Writing for a Limited Series. Executive producers are Ruffalo, Paul Lee, Mark Roybal, Nicole Jordan-Webber, Jeremy Yaches, Jeremy Yaches, and Jeremiah Zagar, with Salli Richardson and Zagar serving as directors.
