UDUS review of 2nd semester undergraduate academic calendar, 2022/2023

Sequel to the resolution reached at the meeting of the University Management held on Thursday 31 August, 2023, wherein it was decided that the second semester academic calendar should be reviewed, I write to seek for your approval, on behalf of the University Senate, of the calendar as contained in the table below

Lectures   -    Monday 11 September, 2023 to Saturday 2nd December 2023

Examinations  -    Monday 4 December, 2023 to Saturday 30 December, 2023

End of session, marking of examinations, moderation and submission of results and approval by the University Senate  -   Monday 1st January, 2024 to Sunday 28th January 2024

Beginning of 2023/2024 academic session  -    Monday 29th January, 2024
