Singer, Peter Okoye aka Mr P has warned Nigerians against selling their votes in the 2023 general elections.

According to Peter Okoye, such an act will affect many lives negatively.

He took to his Instagram stories on Thursday to share a picture of American actor, Will Smith stretching out his hands at the analysis of how Nigerians sell their votes to politicians.

He wrote: “Assuming you sell your vote for ₦10000. Now, divide it by 365 days; that’s around ₦28, again, divide ₦28 by 4 years; that’s approximately ₦7. Now imagine selling your future at a rate of ₦7 per day!

“THINK TWICE BEFORE SELLING YOUR VOTES, NIGERIANS”.
