OMG! 13 Feared Dead As Suspected Militants Attack Lagos Communities

Gunmen suspected to be militants have invaded the Igbolomu and Ishawo areas of Ikorodu Local Government Area of Lagos State.

According to reports by Vanguard, eyewitnesses who escaped from one of the invaded areas said the gunmen from the Niger Delta came through water channel since yesterday and have been shooting sporadically.

Also, the troubled communities of Elegbete, Imushin, Muti and environs of Ita-Oluwo, Ogijo, last night witnessed heavy shootings by the militants who according to reports are planning to organise a candlelight service for their departed soldiers.

The heavy shootings from last night have according to eyewitnesses left thirteen people dead.
