Christy Okonkwo is a popular Nollywood actress. She is fondly known as Madam Ebe Ano on Charly Boy Show and also famous for her roles in movies like Black Maria and Warriors of Satan.

She hails from Iselukwu in Delta State in south southern Nigeria. Christy is the first child in a family of five children. She was raised by her mother and later spent her adult life with her maternal uncle.

Educational Background

Christy had her primary and secondary education in Delta State where she obtained her first and secondary school certificates respectively.

Her Acting Career

Christy made her entry into Nollywood in 1996 and since remained active and relevant in the industry. She has made brilliant appearances in movies, comedy, soap operas, stage plays among others.

Christy got married in 1982 to one Prophet Olumuyiwa Ayodele Bada. She was divorced in 1994. The marriage is however blessed with four lovely children, three boys and a girl. She said they are everything to her.

She disclosed life has been so good with her and the entire family until her mother passed on in 2005.
