Communication Minister, Ursula Owusu has not taken kindly to allegations made by Captain Smart that her outfit lied to Ghanaians by saying artistes that performed at the Covid-19 Virtual Concert did it for free when in actual fact, they paid the musicians.

Speaking on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem Fabewoso show, Captain Smart said even though the Ministry of Information revealed that none of the artiste, including ‘almighty’ Shatta Wale was paid for the concert his own investigation reveals the likes of Wale and Kuame Eugene were paid handsomely.

Mr Smart then went on to reveal that the musicians were paid different huge sums ranging from GHC 5,000 to GHC 100,000, adding that when footballers get paid huge sums, Ghanaians should not complain.

But Ursula shot back in a Facebook post, saying:
