It's Against Islamic Teachings - Kebbi Hisbah Shaves Off Young Man's Hair (Photo)
A young man has had his hair shaved off by members of the Kebbi State Hisbah.
Kebbi Hisbah said it shaved the man's hair for being un-Islamic.
The Shari'a police on its official Facebook page on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, said the hair style is against Islamic teachings.
